Job Purpose
The Stock Controller plays a critical role in conveying the Brand's philosophy and values through exceptional customer service. Your primary objective is to maximize sales performance by fostering relationships with customers and developing their brand loyalty.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure the care and protection of products according to company guidelines.
  2. Day-to-day management of goods receipt and storage in line with company procedures.
  3. Prepare shop-to-shop and returns transfers, adhering to company timelines.
  4. Organize the flow of E-Commerce orders, guaranteeing required service levels.
  5. Participate in the organization and execution of Physical and Cycle Inventories.

Knowledge and Skills
  1. Experience in a similar role within the luxury industry.
  2. Problem-solving skills and curiosity about luxury, fashion, art, and design.
  3. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
