Responsibilities

  1. Prospect and create innovative techniques to stay ahead of the competition.
  2. Enhance and maintain the Salesforce database for efficient processes.
  3. Collaborate with marketing, ISRs and Sales Solutions Architect to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  4. Maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  5. Provide regular management reports on key account activities and performance.
  6. Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  7. Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the marketing team to develop acquisition strategies.
  8. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services.

Qualifications

  1. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  2. Prior experience in the Tech industry (Cloud, software/SaaS, and IT services).
  3. Clear understanding of sales cycle elements and self-awareness of strengths and weaknesses.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  6. Willingness to learn and collaborate daily.
  7. Curiosity and passion for cloud computing.
  8. Fluency in Swedish and English.
  9. Results-driven and proactive in achieving goals.
