Job Summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a skilled Process Engineer to lead process and equipment improvement and development activities at our site in Uppsala. As a key member of the Engineering team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical and process improvement projects, including process mapping, analysis of existing processes, and Root Cause Problem Solving.
  • Develop and implement new manufacturing processes using lean and process excellence tools.
  • Manage external contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Education: BSc or MSc in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a Manufacturing and/or Industrial Engineering role within a regulated industry.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.
