We are seeking a highly skilled HVDC Specialist to join our Energy Systems department at Ramboll Group A/S. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative solutions for the green transition on offshore wind projects and energy hubs.

• Develop, manage, and drive HVDC converter- and grid tools to support our clients' projects.
• Provide expert support on HVDC converters and grids for on- and offshore projects, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
• Offer consulting and advice to our customers on choosing converters and grid design, testing requirements, and other technical aspects.
• Write technical requirements for onshore and offshore components, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

• Expert knowledge of HVDC systems, grids, and converters, with a strong understanding of their applications and limitations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to take ownership of projects and make informed decisions, working closely with clients to deliver high-quality results.
• Hold a PhD or M.Sc. in electrical engineering or a related field, with a strong academic background and relevant industry experience.
• Passion for the green energy transition and a commitment to delivering innovative solutions that drive sustainability.
