Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Certification Management: Oversee the certification process for ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.
  • Audit Coordination: Support internal audit processes, including selection, coordination, and execution of audits.
  • Management Reviews: Plan, prepare, and facilitate management review meetings.
  • Quality and Environmental Management: Address quality and environmental issues from the business or customers.
  • Health and Safety Management: Manage occupational health and safety issues, incidents, and consultations.
  • Process Excellence: Coordinate and develop initiatives within Group Process & Quality.
  • Security Management: Act as the security manager, handling security contracts, clearances, training, and audits.

You Will Have:

  • A degree in engineering or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in process and quality management, OHS and Environmental Management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of industry standards and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and professional proficiency in English and Swedish.
