Lead Biotechnologist

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, and execute experiments to develop and optimize novel assays, focusing on antibody-based and high-throughput approaches.
• Manage end-to-end molecular biology projects, including ideation, wet lab execution, data analysis, and scaling processes for product development.
• Ensure alignment and seamless integration of assay development goals into broader company objectives.
• Solve complex scientific and technical challenges by applying creative, first-principles thinking.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in antibody-based proteomics with a deep understanding of assay development.
• Hands-on expertise in developing and optimizing antibody-based products.
• Familiarity with high-throughput assay development, such as novel immunoassay formats or display technologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively when troubleshooting.
