We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an International Human Resources Intern. This internship will provide you with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources, focusing on diversity, inclusion, and employer branding.
Key Responsibilities:- Assess the learning needs of young professionals and design a structured curriculum for an International Learning Experience program.
- Collaborate with HR teams to propose and implement initiatives at schools and universities in Sweden, promoting VINCI Energies and building relationships with academic institutions.
- Develop and deliver presentations to enhance our recruitment efforts and execute Employer Branding Activities.
- Currently enrolled in Human Resources studies, master's, or bachelor.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to take initiative and drive projects forward.
- Fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. French is a plus.
- Understanding of HR lifecycle and processes.
- Enhanced communication and project management skills.
- Experience in multicultural dynamics and remote tools.
