We are looking for a Lean Six Sigma Professional to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives and implementing process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Main Objectives:- Develop and implement process improvements using lean and six sigma methodologies.
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and develop solutions.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop reports to communicate findings.
- Provide training and coaching to team members on lean and six sigma methodologies and tools.
A bachelor's degree in a related field and 2+ years of experience in operations or a related field is required. Proficiency in Excel and other data analytics tools, as well as fluency in Swedish and English, is a must.
