Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team. As an Infrastructure Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Field Service Engineers support team. Your primary responsibilities will include deploying SCCM packaged applications, working on operational tasks, and providing Tier 2 and 3 support for issue resolution relevant to packaging and FSE support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy SCCM packaged applications to ensure seamless delivery of IT services.
  • Work on operational tasks to maintain the efficiency of our IT infrastructure.
  • Provide Tier 2 and 3 support for issue resolution related to packaging and FSE support.
  • Explore opportunities to further improve our services and stay up-to-date with the latest technology and security threats.

Requirements

  • Experience with SCCM for deploying packaged applications.
  • Providing end-user support and services in an enterprise Microsoft Windows environment.
  • In-depth understanding of Windows operating systems.
  • Basics of scripting languages such as PowerShell and Batch scripting.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware for testing packages.
  • Understanding of various ITIL Processes and how they work.
  • Experience of Windows patching & troubleshooting patch management.
  • Understanding the basics of Network and network security.
  • Understanding the basics of Microsoft Active Directory.
  • Relevant experience with hands-on experience in Microsoft Infrastructure.
  • Self-motivated to work independently, eager to learn and pick up new activities and challenges as they arise, as well as acquire new skills.
  • Good team player, actively participating and contributing toward achieving our mission successfully.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluent English.
