We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our global compliance efforts as Head of Compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory affairs and be able to establish and maintain effective compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global compliance policies and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Lead and develop global compliance teams.

Requirements:

  • Law degree or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of experience in compliance within regulated industries, preferably on an international level.
  • Deep knowledge of regulations such as AML, Sanctions, GDPR, and AI Act.
