We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Content Designer to join our team at Itive AB.

About the Role
  • As a Senior Content Designer, you will partner with digital content experts to drive strategies and approaches.
  • You will understand customer needs and motivations in home furnishing, maintenance, and improvement.
  • Create alignment among internal teams and stakeholders around creative strategies, content creation processes, and content planning for future states.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of brand and value positioning and be able to craft compelling copy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft a strategic point of view on messaging and content for the platform and align across teams.
  • Craft and direct UX copy and content to ensure accessibility, inclusivity, and consistency of brand voice.
  • Utilize data to inform design and content decisions in collaboration with Experience Design Researchers and Product UX Designers.
Requirements
  • Proven content design experience with demonstrable success in creating user-centric content.
  • Flexibility in content style with the ability to adapt tone and style for different user scenarios.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with a knack for identifying content gaps and offering thoughtful solutions.
