Clinical Research Training Academy is seeking a Romanian Speaking CRA - Study Start Up and Site Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful initiation and execution of clinical trials across Europe. Your expertise in study start up and site management will be essential in maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research, with at least 5 years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Fluency in English and Romanian is essential, as you will be working with sites and clients across Europe.
