We are seeking an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 12-month assignment to support our journey ahead. As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates and build strategies for the identification and hiring of inclusive and diverse candidate pools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement global recruitment standards, ensuring local teams have the right processes, training, and system support in place to meet their goals.
- Work closely with our Digital HR team to develop, design, and continuously improve and elevate existing TA processes and tools.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, manage vendors, and maintain systems.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in recruitment practices and technologies and proactively share these with our global TA community.

Requirements:
- A proactive team player with strong networking skills and a lot of drive.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, navigate ambiguity, and drive results in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to understand the big picture and still care for details.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver results within established timelines.
- Tech-savvy and experience of working in multiple systems supporting digitalization of people processes.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to use feedback effectively.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
