Global Seller Support Specialist

- Seller Support: Provide timely and accurate operational support to merchants selling on the Amazon platforms, addressing chronic system issues, and developing internal procedures to improve external and internal customer experience consistently.
- Catalog Management: Manage a catalog of sellers, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive business growth.
- Relationship Building: Develop relationships with each seller account, understanding their needs and concerns, and creating personalized outreach campaigns to enhance the overall seller experience.
- Root Cause Analysis: Drive root cause analysis by recognizing seller contact patterns, performance trends, and collaborating with seller leadership and operations teams to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Bilingual or Trilingual Skills: Fluency in English writing and speaking is required, with a strong emphasis on communication skills.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of Amazon seller support experience, with expertise in M@, FBA, Feeds, IIDP, and other relevant systems.
- Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze data using Excel or other analytical tools, driving business decisions and identifying areas for improvement.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with external leadership and internal operations teams.
