About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a Cluster HR Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR matters, supporting the management team, and overseeing talent development across the cluster.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in recruitment, talent management, and labor relations. A degree in Psychology, HR, or Law is required, and prior experience as an HR generalist or manager is preferred.

You will work closely with key staff in Payroll to ensure data accuracy and deliver on local, regional, and global objectives. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with colleagues across different cultures and levels.

  • Degree in Psychology, HR or Law; Master's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • Exceptional soft skills with the ability to communicate clearly and diplomatically in a cross-cultural environment.
  • Experience with Swedish and Danish labour law; experience with Norwegian labour law is a bonus.
  • Prior experience as an HR generalist or HR manager, particularly in union & employee relations in Sweden.
  • Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
  • Fluent in Swedish, both verbal and written.
  • Some experience in payroll and Workday preferred.
