About the Position
As a Health Safety Environment Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the well-being of employees, protecting the environment, and maintaining the highest product quality. You will work closely with the Head of Operations to develop and implement operational management systems that drive business growth and improvement.
The successful candidate will have strong expertise in dust and contamination reduction strategies and excellent troubleshooting skills. They will also have the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment and possess strong communication skills with a collaborative approach to working across teams and disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Close work with the head of Operations to establish a comprehensive management system that lays the groundwork for future ISO9001 and ISO14001 implementation and certification.
- Review, develop, implement & update operational management mission, policies, strategy, mid & short-term plan and processes & procedures.
- Accountable for developing, driving and overseeing operational best practices, improvement of environmental safety, product safety and compliance.
- Developing and utilizing standard key performance indicators to monitor and report organizational performance to assure sustainable improvement on quality and actual safety risk reduction.
- Developing regular cost consumption summary for responsible areas, especially on procurement & labor cost to develop short & mid-term OPEX plans.
- Leading implementation of measures to help protect workers from potentially hazardous work methods, processes, or materials.
- Developing an HSE & QMS culture within operation.
