We are looking for a highly motivated Restaurant Manager to join our team at our new location in Kungsträdgården.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading the serving staff, organizing and planning their work together with the Head Chef.
- Receiving orders and inquiries, planning and managing larger events.
- Receiving table bookings, planning and seating guests to ensure efficient use of the restaurant.
- Opening and closing the restaurant, as well as daily operations.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated and able to take initiative when needed. Previous experience in the industry and working as a maitre d' or similar role is required.
