The Construction Project Coordinator at TN Sweden is a vital role that ensures the smooth operation of our construction project sites. As the primary point of contact between the site and our EPCM contractor, this individual plays a crucial part in maintaining effective communication and ensuring seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Management:
    • Coordinate all employee-related matters for staff members, including mobilization, contracts, working hours, payroll, and training.
    • Evaluate compliance with legal requirements to safeguard the company's interests.
    • Organize accommodation needs for both temporary and permanent personnel and arrange vehicle-related services.
    • Book business travel arrangements and process expenses according to company policies.
    • Maintain accurate records of personal protective equipment (PPE) issued to staff.
    • Assist with IT-related tasks, such as setting up laptops for employees.
  • Liaison with Head Office:
    • Collaborate closely with the Head Office team to address issues beyond the site's authority.
    • Escalate unresolved concerns to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Financial Administration:
    • Manage site expenditure, including the site's bank account and credit card, to optimize financial performance.
    • Process payments to suppliers and landlords within established guidelines.
    • Conduct monthly reconciliation and maintain a comprehensive cashbook for audit purposes.
  • Facilities Coordination:
    • Ensure efficient use of office facilities, including space planning and stationery supplies.
    • Optimize consumables usage to minimize waste.
  • Security and Access:
    • Issue security passes to authorized personnel, including staff, contractors, and vendors.
    • Maintain accurate records of pass issuance, approvals, and instructions.
  • Local Leasing and Purchasing:
    • Negotiate local leasing agreements for equipment or facilities as required.
  • Event Organization:
    • C coordinate project-related, corporate, and social events efficiently.
    Qualifications and Skills:
    • Education:
      • A high school diploma or equivalent is a minimum requirement.
      • Pursuing additional relevant certifications or a bachelor's degree in a related field can be advantageous.
    • Experience:
      • Typically, 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in construction or project management.
    • Skills:
      • Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
      • Demonstrate attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to drive results.
      • Familiarity with financial processes and IT tools is beneficial.
      • Showcase ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders to achieve common goals.
