Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our Route Optimization team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in building, maintaining, and enhancing the models and services that drive our core operations. Your work will directly impact how Instabee optimizes its routes, empowering the business to make informed strategic decisions, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain models and services, ensuring high standards of code quality and efficiency
  • Take the lead on developing new features and refactoring existing code
  • Stay at the forefront of software development trends, experimenting with new approaches and technologies
  • Work closely with algorithm engineers, machine learning engineers, and the broader tech team to share ideas and support each other in achieving our goals
  • Advocate for best coding practices, inspiring others to maintain high standards
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or Machine Learning Engineer, working in a modern tech environment
  • Experience in building and deploying machine learning models
  • Strong programming skills in Python and Java, with experience with various databases
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and other DevOps tools
  • Leadership experience in feature development, refactoring efforts, and inspiring others
