Business Development Opportunity

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer to join our Nordic Commercial team.

Your main objective will be to:

Grow Key Accounts:

  • Identify and develop high-potential key accounts, driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the Nordic market.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to drive business success.

Drive Strategic Partnerships:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue strategic partnerships that drive business growth.
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies, ensuring successful integration and execution.

About the Role:

You'll join a dynamic team within the Nordic Personal Health organization, working closely with channel leaders, stakeholders, and functions across the Nordic and Western European countries.

The ideal candidate will possess a customer-first attitude, strategic sales experience in FMCG, and strong communication skills. They should be able to inspire and coach others, while navigating market dynamics and translating them into opportunities.

This role is a field position, requiring regular travel to meet with customers and partners.
