About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 3D Software Engineering Leader to join our team at Inter IKEA Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of 3D software solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and leadership to a team of software engineers, ensuring the successful delivery of 3D software projects.
  • Architecture and Design: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop scalable, modular, and optimized 3D software architectures.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all 3D software solutions meet the highest quality standards, adhering to industry best practices and company policies.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Team Development: Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning, providing training and development opportunities to team members.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that business needs are met.
Requirements
  • Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior software engineering role, with a strong background in 3D software development.
  • Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of 3D software development, including computer graphics, offline and real-time rendering, and asset pipelines.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Agile Methodologies: Experience working with Agile development teams, with a strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban principles.
