Job Description:
As Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing cross-team and cross-domain deliveries. You will have a holistic perspective and ownership of project progress, communication, and planning.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders across Engineering, Product, Operations, and Infrastructure to plan and coordinate software projects with high quality and speed.
- Providing direction and guidance on scaled agile practices across multiple teams, focusing on improving and maintaining deliveries.
- Taking care of overall milestone planning, execution, delivery, and release of complex Engineering cross-team initiatives and projects.
- Effectively monitoring project progress and presenting updates and status to relevant stakeholders and project team members.
- Identifying, diagnosing, and removing cross-team impediments to enable smooth delivery.
- Setting up, implementing, and evolving cross-product line processes for managing initiatives, projects, and dependencies with optimal output and progress.
Requirements:
We are seeking a highly skilled individual who can lead deliverables in an agile environment. This person will create trust, structure, and overview, enabling good collaboration and communication. They must instill energy in their team and build rapport with technical and non-technical colleagues at all levels.
The ideal candidate should have:
- At least a few years of relevant experience from software organizations such as Delivery Lead, Project Manager, Engineering Manager, Entrepreneur, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, including Kanban, Scrum, or Agile.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, both verbal and written.
