Department Overview

Join Vestas Northern and Central Europe, a leading sales unit in the renewable energy sector, covering regions including Scandinavia, Finland, and Eastern Europe. Our mission is to excel in the sales, project management, installation, and maintenance of wind farms, with our Swedish headquarters located in Malmö.

The Service Department plays a crucial role in ensuring the operational efficiency of wind farms across Scandinavia. As we expand our operations in Sweden, we are seeking skilled technicians to enhance our Travel Service team, with positions available in various locations.

Key Responsibilities

As a Traveling Service Technician, you will be the face of our service agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service. Your role will involve:

• Performing service and maintenance tasks as per agreements, including inspections, repairs, and component replacements.
• Ensuring the seamless operation of wind turbines and utilizing systems for condition monitoring and remote control.
• Communicating with customers regarding service completion and upcoming maintenance.
• Managing the service vehicle, warehouse, and inventory of materials, tools, and spare parts.
• Preparing detailed service reports for customers and internal stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in electrical systems.
• Background in mechanics or hydraulics.
• Basic proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong IT skills for reporting and communication through various platforms.
• Valid driving license.
