We are seeking an experienced Digital Product Leader to join our Range Operations, Digital Product Area of Commercial. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to lead the development and implementation of digital products that simplify internal and external product communication.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and communicating a product vision that aligns with the company's overall strategy
  • Leading a cross-functional product team to deliver high-quality digital products
  • Collaborating closely with business partners and capability areas to prioritise the product backlog and define OKRs
  • Representing the needs of the IKEA stakeholder community and ensuring that data and technology is connected

To be successful in this role, you will need strong software product management experience, a solid understanding of marketing, content, and product information management technologies, and excellent communication skills.
