Product Stability Engineer

**Job Summary**
As a member of the Analytical Performance group at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will play a critical role in ensuring the stability and analytical performance of our allergy products. This involves working cross-functionally to provide data that supports product claims and global registration.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Plan, perform, and evaluate experimental work, primarily focusing on stability studies and other performance studies.
- Develop and write performance reports that meet regulatory requirements.
- Support the department by conducting immunoassays and providing analytical data.
- Collaborate with the regulatory department to ensure performance data meets global registration standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve laboratory processes and implement changes.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Biomedical Science, or a related field.
- Experience in laboratory settings, preferably with stability studies.
- Knowledge of immunodiagnostics tests and experience with Phadia 250 or Phadia 1000 systems.
- Ability to work in a regulated environment (QSR/ISO13485) and maintain accurate records.
- Strong laboratory skills, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
