Key Responsibilities:
  • Animation Development: Create intricate NPC and player animations that showcase style, playability, and flow, elevating the overall gaming experience.
  • Collaborative Animation Leadership: Work closely with directors and leads to maintain high-quality animations across current and future productions.
  • Content Implementation: Develop and implement content implementation tools and workflows in collaboration with other disciplines.
  • Troubleshooting Expertise: Identify and resolve animation-related issues efficiently, ensuring seamless gameplay.
  • Visual Storytelling: Craft high-quality realistic/stylized animations using hand key animation and motion editing techniques.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with animators and other disciplines to achieve a unified vision for our AAA titles.
  • Quality Assurance Expertise: Troubleshoot and solve animation issues with all departments, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
  • Asset Integration: Implement animation assets into game engines and iterate as needed to ensure optimal performance.
