**Our Mission**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced embryologist to join our team as an Embryology Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality reproductive healthcare services.

**Key Responsibilities**

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Performing all clinical embryology and andrology duties following appropriate training and competency assessment.
  • Participating in laboratory maintenance tasks and assisting in validation within the laboratory.
  • Assisting in the management and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
  • Overseeing the procurement of laboratory products and services.
  • Adhering to all standard operation procedures.
  • Informing patients of treatment options, and treatment outcomes and discussing the implications.
  • Meeting laboratory key Performance Indexes for all critical laboratory tasks.
  • Assisting in the implementation of decisions regarding the embryology area.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in animal reproduction, animal science, or biology.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on clinical embryology experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn Swedish (relevant language skills are considered positive).
