Battery Production Supervisor

We are now recruiting for a new position in our factory in Skellefteå. As a key member of our team, you will play an essential part in establishing one of Europe's first large-scale battery factories, focused on producing the world's greenest Lithium-ion batteries.

• Follow and adhere to work and safety guidelines for the inspection area.
• Participate in scheduled meetings as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace according to 5S principles.
• Report any safety or maintenance issues that arise.
• Perform cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Inspect cans for visual defects and segregate non-conforming products.
• Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor.

• Possess at least upper secondary education.
• Hold a technical focus after completing upper secondary education.
• Knowledge of safety and fire procedures is desirable.
• Able to communicate effectively in English and willing to learn.

The estimated annual salary for this position ranges from 350,000 to 450,000 SEK, depending on qualifications and experience. The company offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance and opportunities for professional growth and development.
