We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sustainability Trainee to join our team at Vattenfall. As a Sustainability Trainee, you will play a key role in supporting our corporate sustainability department in achieving our sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities- Perform screenings and interpret audits of suppliers and partners to identify areas for improvement.
- Support our buyers, employees, contractors, and suppliers on sustainability and supply chain practices by providing training and guidance.
- Conduct research and analysis on sustainability topics, including code of conduct for suppliers and partners, target setting, KPIs, valuation of social and environmental impacts, and ad-hoc requests.
- Recent graduate with an academic degree in a relevant field, such as sustainable science, development, supply chain management, or legal studies.
- Maximum one year of work experience.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, with skills in German, Dutch, and Chinese being a merit.
- Willingness to relocate for possible assignments throughout the organization.
