Required Skills and Qualifications- 5+ years of relevant work experience in finance, including management consulting and in-house finance roles.
- Experience in high-growth/scaling environments, ideally within startups or scale-ups.
- Familiarity with venture financing and/or non-dilutive financing sources, such as EU grants and loans.
- Relevant degree in finance, financial mathematics, economics, or a related field.
- Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
