VIPAS AB is a leading IT consulting company that specializes in guiding organizations through their digital transformation journeys. As a Solution Architect, you will play a key role in designing and implementing innovative IT solutions for our clients.

We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team focused on the procurement and implementation of a new Payroll and HR system. This role also includes the opportunity to support other initiatives, such as an upcoming finance system project, and to contribute to the development of the organization's target architecture.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Leading architectural analysis and data collection independently
  • Collaborating with business experts to identify and document information flows, business logic, data formats, and technical interfaces
  • Developing documentation and materials to support requirements gathering and engaging with system vendors
  • Planning and preparing for the deployment of new or enhanced IT solutions based on business needs, while aligning with existing IT services

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in business process and information flow analysis and modeling
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing IT solutions based on business needs and target architecture
  • Experience in setting requirements for IT solutions during the procurement process
  • Skilled in requirements gathering and designing solutions for integrations
  • Fluency in both spoken and written Swedish
