• Prepare and cook Japanese-inspired dishes for our airline clients, adhering to strict quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with our head chef and clients to develop new recipes and menus that meet their expectations.
• Ensure that all food products meet our high standards of taste, appearance, and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to food safety regulations and guidelines.

• Proven experience as a chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of Japanese cuisine and cooking techniques.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English is required.
