Job Description


We are seeking an IT Business Analyst to join our Financial Services team. As a trusted advisor, you will work with some of Sweden's most well-known banks and insurance companies on projects. You will guide our customers through everything from strategy and planning to implementation and management.



Your Key Responsibilities:



  • Initiate business and process improvements by identifying areas for growth and development.
  • Capture requirements through workshops with customers to ensure that applications meet the needs of future users.
  • Communicate with stakeholders about priorities, changing requirements, and test results to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Analyze new technologies and their potential impact on our clients' businesses.


Your Profile:



  • 8-10 years of prior IT experience within Financial Services.
  • 3-4 years of functional background around Credit Risk and understanding of Credit Risk modelling, PD, LGD, and EAD modelling.
  • Experience handling huge datasets to identify trends and insights.
  • Knowledge of specifying and analyzing functional and technical requirements to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Understanding of UT, ST, and end-to-end UAT testing processes.
  • Experience doing data analysis using SQL, with added advantage in knowing SAS/Python.
  • Experience working with regulatory requirements, digitalization, and agile methodology.
  • Fluency in Swedish is beneficial.
