About Us

Capio Healthcare Center Viksjö is located in modern facilities in the heart of Viksjö, just north of Stockholm. The center is easily accessible by public transportation, taking no more than 30 minutes from Stockholm C. There are also ample parking options for those driving. Our team of over 30 dedicated professionals work together to provide care for our approximately 110 listed patients.

Our Services

We offer a range of specialist clinics, including diabetes, asthma/COPD, hypertension, and psychology, as well as a physical therapist and rehabilitation coordinator. We also have our own laboratory and home care services.

Your Role

As a general practitioner or geriatrician at our healthcare center, you will be responsible for conducting patient assessments and treatments on the clinic and in home care settings, both individually and as part of a team. You will be an integral part of our center's development and will contribute to driving our clinic's work forward. As a specialist, you will also be involved in mentoring our AT and BT/ST doctors.

Our Approach

Patient care is provided in interdisciplinary teams, where we work together to meet the needs of each patient. Our well-established approach emphasizes collaboration between professionals, and we have made significant progress in our digitalization journey, which benefits both patients and staff. This means that, in addition to in-person visits, we also use chat and video consultations.

Responsibilities

As a doctor at our center, you will be responsible for our home care patients, currently numbering around 110.

About You

We are looking for a specialist in general medicine or geriatrics who is interested in continuing to develop our Home Care services. This includes a geriatrician or specialist in general medicine with experience and interest in Legitimate care for the elderly. Experience in primary care, elderly care, home care, ASIH, geriatrics, or palliative care is highly desirable. You are interested in quality work and, like us, value creating good and long-lasting patient relationships, providing high-quality care and treatment, contributing to high accessibility, and creating a positive and developing work environment.

You have good knowledge of the Swedish language, are easy to communicate with, and create relationships. You need to be flexible, a good communicator, and have good teamwork skills, as we place great emphasis on teamwork. A professional approach and good interpersonal skills are a given.

You are confident in your professional role, enjoy challenges, and see opportunities rather than obstacles. We value independence, participation, and engagement.
