We are seeking a highly skilled Production Technician to join our team at Altris, a pioneering company in the field of sodium-ion battery technology. As a key member of our production team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate production of battery cells.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and Maintain Equipment: You will be responsible for operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment and machinery to produce battery cells according to production schedules and specifications.
- Quality Control and Assurance: You will conduct regular inspections and quality checks on battery cells and components to ensure they meet required standards and specifications.
- Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving: You will identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and process deviations, working closely with engineers and other team members to resolve issues promptly.
- Record Keeping and Reporting: You will maintain accurate records of production activities, including work performed, materials used, and any issues encountered.
- Safety Protocols and Guidelines: You will adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper handling of chemicals and materials, and ensure the regular cleaning and maintenance of machines, to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
- Education and Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with experience working in a manufacturing environment and basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Technical Skills: You will need proficiency in operating and troubleshooting manufacturing equipment, as well as basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, etc.) for data entry, report generation, and documentation.
- Soft Skills: You will need good written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment, with effective communication skills.
