We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at JobBusters AB. As a key member of our procurement team, you will play a vital role in securing material availability and improving performance from our global supplier base.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading Daily Cooperation: Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to ensure seamless material delivery.
- Material Follow-up: Tracking material deliveries to identify and prevent short- and long-term shortages.
- Collaboration with Production Planning and Sales: Aligning material availability with production and customer demand to ensure optimal supply chain performance.
- Supplier Performance Management: Monitoring supplier performance and collaborating with the category team to obtain the best possible results in terms of on-time delivery, lead time, and flexibility.
- Action Plan Development: Working with suppliers and the category team to develop and implement action plans to recover and improve supplier delivery performance and material availability.
- Inventory Management: Managing and developing material inventory to optimize balance between material availability, flexibility, and inventory turnover.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Work Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or material planning, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Education: A degree in Engineering, Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and SAP.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English and Swedish in speech and writing.
