At Eletive AB, we are looking for a skilled Sales Representative to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our position in the Nordic market.

Your primary responsibility will be to engage with various stakeholders, nurture relationships, and close deals that bring significant value to organizations. This includes showcasing our People Success Platform's unique benefits, customizing solutions to address specific challenges, and owning your market segment by staying informed of trends and adapting your approach.

In this role, you will also focus on building and managing your pipeline by identifying and nurturing new opportunities, ensuring consistent growth. You will partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth and effective sales journey and lead discussions around legal frameworks, data structures, and compliance.

To thrive in this role, you should have at least 4 years of success in sales within the SaaS space, ideally in HR Tech. You must be driven by understanding your customer's needs and delivering solutions that make a real difference. Exceptional communication skills are essential, as well as tech-savviness and a self-starter attitude.

  2. Stakeholder Engagement: Juggle multiple ongoing accounts, deeply understanding prospect's needs and pain points to offer tailored solutions.
  3. Market Expertise: Own your market segment, whether by industry, company size, or region, staying informed of trends and continuously adapting your approach.
  4. Pipeline Development: Proactively build and manage your pipeline by identifying and nurturing new opportunities, ensuring consistent growth.
  5. Collaborative Sales Process: Partner with internal teams like Marketing, Business Development, and Customer Experience to ensure a smooth and effective sales journey.
  6. Handling Complexity: Lead discussions around legal frameworks, data structures, and compliance, ensuring all prospect's needs are met.
  7. Staying Ahead: Keep up with the latest trends and competitive landscape to ensure Eletive stays at the forefront of the market.
