Raise the Bar in HVDC System Design Project Management
We are seeking talented individuals to join our team of Sub-Project Managers in the HVDC System Engineering organization, where you will have a significant impact on our goals and future business opportunities.
As a key member of our cross-functional project groups, you will design and develop HVDC systems. This role offers international networking opportunities and numerous career possibilities based on your interests and ambitions.

About the Job
- Managing HVDC System Design projects and tenders by overseeing scope, budget, and schedule while ensuring quality requirements are met.
- Collaborating with other departments in the HVDC organization, representing your System Design team in project and tender meetings, and discussing customer needs.
- Participating in technical design reviews and problem-solving activities.
- Leading the technical coordination of System Design deliveries, identifying risks, and finding opportunities to reduce costs and time while maintaining quality standards.
- With experience, you will be able to manage complex projects independently, making this an ideal opportunity for ambitious professionals.

Your Qualifications
- You hold a Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably in Electric Power Engineering or Electrical Engineering. Experience with HVDC system design is an asset.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You thrive in diverse and multicultural teams, sharing knowledge and learning from colleagues.
- You are a flexible leader who enjoys problem-solving and works methodically.
- You are fluent in English, with additional languages being an asset.
- Prior project management experience in engineering is preferred, particularly in managing system delivery projects or tenders. Experience in HVDC system design project management is also valued.
