Job Overview

The Commercial Manager will be responsible for developing existing and winning new clients in Sweden, providing cross-over solutions like recruiting academic roles, installing entire sales forces, and other key roles in permanent and vacancy management contracts and patient support programs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. You are responsible for building relationships with clients and prospects in the region, listening to their needs, and supporting new launches.
  2. You present our offerings in a competitive and compelling way, positioning us to win clients and new projects.
  3. You plan, execute, and review the business, including financial key figures.
  4. You work closely with colleagues to support recruitment assignments in Denmark, Finland, and Norway.

Your Profile

We are looking for a highly experienced business development professional with at least 5 years of experience in selling complex products and solutions. You have a master's or bachelor's degree, or similar qualification, and you possess high identification with healthcare topics and patient needs.

Requirements

  1. Proven track record of success in business development and/or sales.
  2. Experience in recruiting academic experts and sales forces from a recruiting agency perspective or as a former leader or manager of commercial teams within our industry.
  3. Project management capabilities, analytical and organizational skills, prioritization, digital and presentational skills in front of higher-level audiences.
