We are seeking an Electrical QA/QC Supervisor to join our team, responsible for designing, organizing, leading, coordinating, and controlling all tasks related to the construction of electrical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Coordinate commissioning of electrical systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough reviews of inspection and test documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare and issue final handover packages to clients, including operation and maintenance manuals.
- Perform quality inspections of installations, identifying and addressing defects.
- Oversee testing execution, ensuring it is correctly completed on the project.
- Liaise with the construction management team and clients on installation and quality matters.
- Attend quality meetings and contribute to weekly progress reporting on quality items.
Requirements:
- Electrical trade background and/or a third-level qualification in electrical or building services engineering, such as NVQ/City and Guilds.
- At least 8 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of installation and commissioning.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and planning skills.
- Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and work to tight deadlines.
- Effective communication and leadership skills, with the ability to support and manage others.
