**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced executive to lead our Nordic business expansion efforts as our Vice President. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing regional business strategies to drive growth and profitability.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Requirements**

For this role, we are looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership position, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
  • Experience working in a matrix organization, with multiple stakeholders and priorities
  • Fluency in Swedish, with English proficiency required
