Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the definition and implementation of technical solutions for our customers, leveraging your extensive knowledge and expertise.
- Contribute to the development of technical competence within our team, guiding and mentoring junior engineers as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, communicating complex ideas and ensuring seamless project execution.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in relevant fields (Electronics, Mechatronics, Electrochemistry).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product development and complex systems.
- Proven track record of designing and integrating systems in complex environments, including cross-functional work and supplier partnerships.
- Strong understanding of requirement management processes, system engineering methods, and relevant tools.
- Ability to create detailed project plans and break them down into actionable deliverables.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with high-voltage systems, particularly in areas like electromobility, battery systems, electrical motors, charging systems, thermal systems, electrical systems, and functionality/control logic.
