Vattenfall is seeking a talented individual to join our International Trainee Programme as a Project Management I Offshore Portfolio Trainee. This is a unique opportunity to kickstart your career in sustainable business and contribute to solving one of humankind's greatest challenges - climate change.
About the TraineeshipThis traineeship offers a comprehensive development program, including personal growth opportunities, international exposure, and a collaborative environment. You will work closely with our leadership team in Project Development for Offshore Wind and be responsible for portfolio management tasks, including portfolio development, reporting, and decision-making.
Your RoleAs a Project Management I Offshore Portfolio Trainee, you will be responsible for:
- Portfolio management tasks in the area of project development
- Further development of portfolio cockpit and portfolio reporting in collaboration with stakeholders
- Preparation of monthly portfolio and decision meetings
- Involvement in portfolio initiatives, such as portfolio strategy, optimization, and market development
We are looking for a recent graduate with a Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. You should have relevant practical experience, such as an internship at a management consultancy, industrial company, or start-up, with a focus on strategy or portfolio management. Additionally, you should have exposure to international environments during your studies or previous internships.
