Job Description

Saab is a leading defence and security company with an enduring mission to help nations keep their people and society safe.

We are looking for a Procurement Manager to lead and develop a team of Strategic and Operative Buyers within a designated procurement category.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solution-oriented approach, and the ability to establish cross-functional networks across all Saab Surveillance sites.

This role requires fluency in Swedish and English, as well as previous managerial experience or extensive experience in strategic sourcing roles.

As a Procurement Manager at Saab, you will be responsible for executing procurement strategies, fostering supplier relationships, and ensuring delivery, quality, and cost performance.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to establish agreement coverage, operational development of processes, methods, and tools.

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on current regulations around security protection.

Key Responsibilities:
