We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible Facility & Utility Manager to join our team at Fresenius Kabi in Uppsala.
As a Facility & Utility Manager, you will be part of the Site Service leadership team within Operations Sweden and play a crucial role in the organization's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the facilities and media department, responsible for the operation, maintenance, and upkeep of media and facility systems, buildings, and Service Center.
- Oversee the WFI and water production, cooling systems, compressed air, nitrogen, ventilation, and other related systems.
- Lead a team of 12 professionals responsible for their respective areas within facilities and media.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and drive team performance.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GXP) regulations.
- Monitor trends and developments within the field, including legal requirements, and drive innovation and improvement initiatives.
- Define, implement, and continuously improve processes within the department, such as preventive maintenance processes.
Requirements:
- Higher education in maintenance or facilities management with a strong technical background in the relevant area.
- Minimum 3-5 years of documented leadership experience with personnel and budget responsibility in a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
- Experience in GXP is a plus.
