Repair Operations Lead

As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with Lena Boqvist (Head of Central Order Desk and Traction Parts) to deliver exceptional results and exceed customer expectations. Your primary responsibility will be to lead the team in ensuring timely and efficient completion of repair tasks throughout the order process and according to Alstom processes.

Responsibilities

  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to optimize repair workflows and reduce turnaround times.
  • Team Leadership: Manage personnel, provide training and development opportunities, and promote a teamwork-oriented environment.
  • Customer and Supplier Interaction: Engage with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and interact with suppliers to improve overall supply chain-related processes.
  • Budget and Resource Management: Oversee budgets, manage costs, and ensure optimal use of resources in repair workflow.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor KPIs to measure operational effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

About You

We value passion and attitude over experience. While some skills are beneficial, we're open to candidates who can learn and grow in this role. Some essential skills include:

  • Degree in Business Administration or Engineering or Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
  • Strong background in Supply Chain activities and projects.
  • Background in monitoring KPIs and working with process improvements.
  • SAP knowledge is desirable.
  • Strong communication skills and fluency in Swedish and English.
