Job Description

TN Sweden is seeking a Health and Safety Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expertise in Work Environment Management and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) for our office locations in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual with a passion for promoting a healthy and safe work environment. You will work closely with leaders and their teams to promote a culture of safety and well-being throughout the organization.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement work environment and HSE strategies for the four locations.
  • Contribute to the development of HSE programs/initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leaders and their teams to plan and conduct trainings.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with local legislation and company regulations.
  • Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and develop corrective actions.
Requirements
  • A strong background in Work Environment Legislation, HSE, HR or equivalent training and experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish, English, and preferably one more language spoken in the countries you will be working for.
  • An ability to inspire and cooperate with others at all levels, both internally and externally.
