Pharmacovigilance Director

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our safety management initiatives and drive business development within our Clinical Development Business Unit.

As the Head of Safety, you will be responsible for developing and implementing safety management services, selecting and procuring a safety database, and actively selling safety services to clients.

You will have the opportunity to work closely with colleagues across Sweden and Denmark and play a key role in our business growth.

• Safety Strategy Development: Develop and lead the safety strategy, including selecting and purchasing a safety database.
• Sales and Marketing: Engage in active selling of safety management services, set-up and planning of transfer of safety database to PR, working closely with the clinical development team.
• Team Management: Recruit, build, and lead a high-performing safety team as the business grows.
• Clinical Engagement: Interact directly with clients to understand their needs, present safety solutions and processes, and ensure satisfaction.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and stay updated on industry trends to continuously improve our offerings.
