Senior Project Manager, Battery Systems

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our Electromobility Department at the Volvo Group. As a key player in the development of our Battery Systems, you will be responsible for leading complex projects from concept phase to industrialization.
Your primary focus will be on ensuring the technical delivery of our projects is on target, working closely with stakeholders and solution providers to drive results. You will be responsible for leading a team of engineers, leveraging your project leadership skills to optimize and consolidate the overall technical development.
As a confident project leader, you will be responsible for establishing project time plans, managing the Energy Storage System project team, and presenting project progress in different forums. You will also take an active role in developing future ways of working in projects.
We are looking for a team player who is open and positive, with a can-do attitude and demonstrated technical leadership. You will have a strong background in project management, with a minimum of three years of experience and at least five years of experience from product development.
Key qualifications include a B.Sc / MSc degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or equivalent. Competencies within Volvo process and tools, particularly DVP, PGT, and KOLA, are also highly valued. Battery and/or Electromobility experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:- Lead complex projects from concept phase to industrialization.
