As a key player in our supply chain team, you will focus on delivering seamless re-pack planning execution in cooperation with 3rd party service providers for the entire Nordic region. This role offers an excellent opportunity to make a tangible impact and drive improvement projects forward on an area level regarding repacking activities.

About the Role

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with sales and marketing departments to agree and set plans for repack execution, volumes, customer timings, and cost being key measurements. You will work with external partners and negotiate price and services of re-pack materials provided to 3PL to conduct re-packing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collaborate with 3rd party service providers to ensure timely availability of promotions and customized products.
  2. Provide necessary documentation to enable correct and feasible productions of re-packs.
  3. Conduct weekly capacity calls on production plans, setting priorities, and remedy plans.
  4. Execute monthly stock reconciliation.
  5. Verify waste and return excess & damaged stock to the warehouse.
  6. Track stock levels to meet inventory targets, ensuring service levels for customers while minimizing inventory costs and residual stocks.
  7. Work with external partners and negotiate price and services of re-pack materials provided to 3PL to conduct re-packing activities.
  8. Provide visibility to demand, supply, and customer service teams of any possible supply issues and recovery dates.
  9. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing departments, agreeing and setting plans for repack execution, volumes, customer timings, and cost being key measurements.
  10. Manage NPI's connected to re-packing, alterations of old or launches of new SKUs.
  11. Manage stock levels for new products and relaunches by managing phasing out / phasing in for repacked SKUs.
  12. Maintain the material master data set-up for repacked items including bill of material.
  13. Ensure master data is sufficiently populated to meet market requirements.
  14. Identify and work with commercial stakeholders in resolving residual and slow-moving stock.
  15. Take overall responsibility for re-packing management including meeting quality and regulatory standards.
  16. Maintain and use set gatekeeping activities for all launches qualifying as re-packs in accordance with working instructions.
  17. Be a part of the Nordic Customer Service team, supporting the customer service team with their tasks.

Qualifications and Skills

  1. 2 years of experience within Supply Chain.
  2. Bachelor's in Supply Chain, Economics, Engineering, or Administration.
  3. This position is based in the Nordics; Sweden, Norway, Finland, or Denmark.
